Lightweight polyester jersey with an overall white dot print. Halter styling with self fabric rolled spaghetti straps to tie around the neck and back as pictured. Features a lightly padded built in bra. Two tier ruffle styling as pictured. The back can be worn open as shown or fastened with three metal hook and eyes.
