A favourite of chefs around the world, the chanterelle is one of the best known and most loved of all wild mushrooms. Our golden chanterelles come from Saskatchewan at the beginning of summer and the Pacific Northwest from late summer, with such a long season you can have access to fresh mushrooms for months.
