Cantele 'Teresamanara' Chardonnay Salento IGP, 2022 green usually in the demi-sec rangeThis wine is made of 100% Chardonnay. We would pair it with a lemon butter oven baked tilapia. The wine is aged on its lees for 6 months in stainless steel tanks, in order for the grapes to be highly expressive of their terroir. The wine has lovely aromatics and bright, light fruit flavors of green apple, pineapple and pear.
