Les Grangeons de L'Albarine 'Altiesse en Paradis' VdF, 2021 belgian style wheat ale This is a 10 yearThis wine is made of 100% Altesse, from Bugey, France. We would pair it with veal cutlets and scalloped potatoes. The vines grow on poor, rocky limestone soil, producing wines with singing minerality. The wine is vinified in sandstone amphorae, with a small addition of sulfites. The mouthfeel is packed with flavor and salinity and is not to be missed by lovers of Loire Valley white wines.
