Permanent, waterproof non shrink formula with exceptional strength and adhesion for worn concrete masonry, glass, steel aluminum and wood. Used to anchor bolts, railings into concrete, and to build up broken steps. Mix only the powder and bonding liquid included in pail; do not add water. 15Lb Contains 12 lbs. powder & 1 qt. bonding liquid. 12 lbs. covers
