Pair it with your favorite French soft cheese, like Dlice de Bourgogne or Brillat Savarin. The wine fermented more slowly than any other wine the winemaker produced, but came out incredibly. Bright citrus and apple flavors are at the forefront, but the wine has an incredible rich brioche aroma due to the prolonged lives of the yeast. This wine is surely ready to be drank and enjoyed.
